Napili Surf has Beachfront Condos on Nāpili Beach with Heated Pools

Napili Surf Beach Resort sits directly on Nāpili Beach: 53 units in four two-story buildings spread along the sand on one of West Maui’s most protected bays.

The property faces Molokaʻi and Lānaʻi across the channel, and on clear evenings the sun drops between the two islands. Two heated freshwater swimming pools, BBQ grills, and a beachfront lawn make up the common areas.

The resort runs weekly complimentary events (a coffee social with pastries, a Mai Tai party, and a yoga class) that give the property more of a community feel than a typical condo complex.

Laundry is coin-operated on-site with a laundry card provided at check-in. Free parking is available; check in at the front desk for a parking pass (front desk hours are 9 AM to 5 PM). No resort fees.

Units come with fully equipped kitchens, ceiling fans, and lanais with garden or ocean views. The low-density layout and two-story building height mean you are never far from the sand, and the property’s position on the bay’s south end catches steady trade winds off the water.

While Napili Surf is situated right on the water, beach sizes in Maui are prone to seasonal shifts and tide changes.

Nāpili Beach is a protected crescent bay with calm water for swimming and snorkeling; green sea turtles feed on the reef close to shore year-round.

The Gazebo at neighboring Napili Shores is a two-minute walk for breakfast. Merriman’s Kapalua (farm-to-table fine dining with an oceanfront lanai) is about five to ten minutes north at Kapalua Resort. Kāʻanapali Beach and Whalers Village are roughly 15 to 20 minutes south.

Maui’s west side offers some of the island’s best coastal access, from Kapalua Bay to Honolua Bay’s marine preserve.
