Napili Shores is a Six-Acre Oceanfront Resort at the South End of Nāpili Bay

Napili Shores sits on six acres of tropical grounds at the south end of Nāpili Bay in West Maui: a low-rise, two-story property where the lettered buildings are tucked between koi ponds, plumeria, and gardens that lead down to the ocean.

The setting is the appeal: Nāpili Bay (named one of Maui’s best swimming and snorkeling beaches) is a minute’s walk along the beach path, the Gazebo Restaurant on-site is famous for the macadamia nut pancakes that draw a line before sunrise, and the wider Nāpili stretch is quieter and more residential than the busier Kāʻanapali resort row to the south.

The property is Outrigger-operated, with the rest of the Nāpili Bay condo cluster (Napili Point, Napili Kai, Napili Surf) within easy walking distance for restaurant variety and beach access.

The condos we manage at Napili Shores span studios and 1-bedroom layouts across the two-story buildings. Studios sleep up to four; 1-bedrooms sleep up to four. MPP units have fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, ceiling fans, and a furnished private lanai.

View orientation varies by building and floor: direct oceanfront from the I building, partial ocean and garden from C, D, E, F, and H. The MPP Vacations team can match you to a layout and a view that fits your trip.

On the property side, you get two heated swimming pools and a whirlpool spa, numerous shared gas BBQ grills, koi ponds throughout the landscaped grounds, two on-site restaurants (the famous Gazebo for breakfast and Kitchen 5315 for lunch and dinner), and Water Works Sports on-site for snorkel gear, boards, and ocean sports rental. The Sea House Restaurant at neighboring Napili Kai Resort is a short beach-path walk for sunset dining.

Kapalua Bay and Honolua Bay are a 5 to 10 minute drive north; Kāʻanapali Beach and Whalers Village are a 15 minute drive south.
