Maui Kamaole is a low-rise condo resort in South Kīhei: 316 units across 29 two-story buildings on roughly 23 acres of tropical landscaping, palm-shaded walkways, and garden paths, located directly across South Kīhei Road from Kamaʻole Beach Park III and the Kīhei Boat Ramp. The resort grounds include two pools (one featuring a waterfall and spa), a hot tub, tennis courts, and BBQ areas, all spread across the 23-acre property so common areas stay uncrowded even at full occupancy. The low-density layout and expansive acreage give Maui Kamaole a residential, family-friendly feel.

MPP-managed units at Maui Kamaole are 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condos with fully equipped kitchens, dining and living areas, and private furnished lanais. The units include in-unit washer and dryer. Interior finishes, bed configurations, and floor plans vary between condos since each is individually owned; layouts include loft-style upper-floor designs and ground-level split-level plans.

Maui Kamaole stays through MPP carry a one-time $30 resort fee charged at booking.

Kamaʻole Beach Park III is directly across South Kīhei Road, a family-friendly golden-sand beach known for gentle waves, snorkeling, and reliable sunsets. The Kīhei Boat Ramp sits adjacent to the beach park and serves as the launch point for South Maui boat excursions, including Molokini snorkel trips and fishing charters. Kamaʻole Beach Parks I and II are a short drive north along the corridor. Kīhei’s restaurants, coffee shops, and markets line South Kīhei Road within minutes; Wailea’s resorts and the Shops at Wailea (dining, boutiques, grocery) are about five minutes south.
