Two practical details. There is no resort fee at Kihei Garden Estates, and parking is open for one vehicle per unit; a second vehicle must use street parking. On the property side, the grounds include a custom-tiled swimming pool (heated during cooler months), an oversized hot tub, and a full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ grills inside the pavilion. The simplicity is the point: this is a quiet, garden-focused condo community, not a mega-resort.
