Kihei Akahi is a 240-unit, 6.7-acre condo property in South Kīhei, set directly across South Kīhei Road from Kamaʻole Beach Park II, one of the trio of Kamaʻole beaches that anchor sunny South Maui. Some buildings on the property are low-rise and some are taller with elevators.

The amenity mix is the draw: two swimming pools, a tennis court, BBQ grills, and beautifully maintained tropical grounds, all within a few minutes’ drive of the South Kīhei beach corridor.

Kamaʻole Beach Park II is directly across South Kīhei Road: a true family beach with sand for swimming flanked by lava reefs that double as snorkel spots on calm mornings. Kamaʻole Beach Park I sits a short walk north; Kamaʻole III is a quick drive south.

South Kīhei Road’s restaurants, coffee shops, and farmers’ markets line the corridor within a few minutes. Wailea is roughly ten minutes south; Māʻalaea Harbor (the launch point for most Molokini snorkel trips) is about fifteen minutes north.

During humpback whale season (December through April) the Kamaʻole beach berms and the upper-floor lanais at Kihei Akahi are reliable shore-based whale-watching spots.
